What to Bring

Fillmore & 5th accepts high-quality women’s clothing, accessories and shoes from brand name, designer, and luxury brands. Items should be in excellent, like-new condition, seasonally appropriate and in style. Bring up to 50 items. Garments should be freshly dry-cleaned or laundered; no hangers, please. Sellers must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Pricing & Payment

Immediate Payouts

Our knowledgeable staff sets the selling price of items at approximately 25% – 40% of the original retail value.  Of the determined selling price, you’ll receive a 30% cash payout.

Consignment Payouts

We offer consignment for luxury items, with payouts listed below:

If your item sells for up to $499.99…you receive 40%
If your item sells for $500 to $999.99…you receive 50%
If your item sells for $1000 to $4999.99…you receive 60%
If your item sells $5000 and over…you receive 70%

As an added convenience, once your item sells, you’ll receive a check by mail (sent bi-monthly)—no need to make a separate trip for payment.

Shopping at Fillmore & 5th

  • During this time, items with tags attached and original receipt can be returned within 7 days for store credit. Consignment and 40-75% off items remain final sale.
  • In-store social distancing reminders.
  • Contactless credit card payments strongly encouraged.  Cash and gift cards still accepted.
  • No large bags allowed in store.
