What to Bring

Fillmore & 5th accepts high-quality women’s clothing, accessories and shoes from brand name, designer, and luxury brands. Items should be in excellent, like-new condition, seasonally appropriate and in style. Garments should be freshly dry-cleaned or laundered.

Drop in and drop off

Consignors may drop-in, no appointment needed, during all consignment hours and leave items for consideration. During most business hours, a buyer can review your items on the spot; however, if a buyer is unavailable, you can leave your items with any associate. We will review your items within 24 hours and follow up by email.

First Time Consultation

If you are consigning for the first time, please let your buyer know so they can explain the process, answer questions about what we accept and create your personalized consignor profile. There is no item limit for your first time.

Closet Clean-Out

For consignors wishing to bring in 30+ items, you may make an appointment or drop in during consignment hours and meet with a buyer – whichever you prefer. If you’d like to drop in, give us a call to let us know approximately how many pieces you have, and we’ll have a buyer available to assist you.

Pricing & Payment

Our knowledgeable staff sets the selling price of consignment items at approximately 25% – 40% of the original retail value. The consignor payout structure is below. As an added convenience, once your item sells, you’ll receive a check by mail (sent bi-monthly)—no need to make a separate trip for payment.

If your item sells for up to $499…you receive 40%
If your item sells for $500 to $999…you receive 50%
If your item sells for $1000 to $4999…you receive 60%
If your item sells $5000 and over…you receive 70%
