The Selection Process
We accept high-quality women’s and men’s clothing, accessories and shoes from designer and luxury brands. Items should be in excellent, like-new condition, seasonally appropriate and of a current style. Garments should be freshly dry-cleaned or laundered.
Buying Hours & Appointments
Appointments are preferred but not required during our buying hours. Call your local store for details.
For your convenience, you may leave your items with a member of our sales staff and return later. We’ll email you a copy of the contract with the items we accept, and you’ll have 48 hours to make changes to the pricing before the items go onto our sales floor. We donate any unaccepted items that you don’t retrieve within 7 days. It’s simple, straightforward and convenient.
Pricing & Payment
Our knowledgeable staff sets the selling price of consignment items at approximately 25% – 40% of the original retail value. The consignor receives 40 – 50% of the final selling price. As an added convenience, once your item sells, you’ll receive a check by mail (sent monthly)—no need to make a separate trip for payment.
